Return and Refund Policy

All products sold by Spells by Elara are digital, personalized spiritual services prepared specifically for each customer.

Because these services are custom made and delivered digitally, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

This includes psychic readings, tarot readings, spell work, spiritual guidance, custom spiritual services, aura readings, astrology readings, and any other digital service purchased from our store.

No physical product is shipped. All completed orders are delivered by email as a PDF or written digital message, depending on the service purchased.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, accidental purchase, dissatisfaction with the interpretation, dissatisfaction with spiritual guidance, personal expectations, emotional reaction to the content, or because a desired outcome did not happen.

If you entered incorrect details at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been prepared, we may be able to update the information before delivery. Once the service has been prepared or delivered, changes cannot be guaranteed.

If you did not receive your order, please contact us with your order number and we will resend the digital delivery to the email address used at checkout.
