All products sold by Spells by Elara are digital services. No physical item is shipped, and no shipping carrier is used.

Orders are delivered by email as a PDF or written digital message, depending on the service purchased.

Most orders are prepared and delivered within the same hour after payment is confirmed and all required personalization details have been received.

If an order requires more time, delivery will be completed the same day whenever all required details have been provided correctly.

Delivery may be delayed if personalization details are missing, unclear, incomplete, or if payment is still under review.

Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct. Your completed order will be sent to the email address provided during purchase.

If you do not receive your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your order number and we will resend the digital delivery.

Because all services are digital, there are no shipping fees, tracking numbers, delivery carriers, or physical packages.
